SORA Security Officer Registration Act NJ
The Security Officer Registration Act (SORA) is a New Jersey state law that regulates the training, registration, and certification of security officers. It was enacted to professionalize the security industry, ensure safety standards, and create accountability among private security personnel.

Anyone seeking to work as a security officer (armed or unarmed) in New Jersey must obtain a SORA license. - Application Process:
